Chris has uploaded three videos of Dedan to www.youtube.com. Put one legged Kenyan cyclist or cycling one legged into the search engine and Dedan should pop up. It is footage of his training sessions with Chris on an indoor computrainer. It looks great..(it's also how all of us two legged cycling creatures should be doing single leg drills on the bike! hmmmm...I wish!)
March 10th CompuTrainer Session:
This afternoon Chris took Dedan back to SCOPE to have the 'test socket' tested and adjusted by Kel. He had to make some alterations to it but other than a few tweaks all is going to plan. Next week they go back to have the 'real socket' tested and adjusted and that's when it gets to be way cool. We have to get Dedan a new pair of shoes as he is going to need two, not one!! How cool is that!
